PinGrab is a free URL-parsing utility that helps individual users save publicly accessible Pinterest media — videos, images, GIFs, idea pins, and carousels — to their own devices for personal, non-commercial use. The Service does not host, mirror, or redistribute Pinterest content. When you submit a Pinterest pin URL, PinGrab parses Pinterest's publicly served HTML, identifies the underlying media URLs already present in that markup, and forwards them to your device. The media itself is delivered by Pinterest's CDN.
You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract with PinGrab and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction); see our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for what you do with content you download through the Service. PinGrab does not pre-screen Pinterest URLs and cannot verify the rights status of the underlying media. Before downloading or further using any content, you should confirm that you have the right to do so.
The Service itself — including the PinGrab name, logo, website design, source code, and original content — is owned by PinGrab and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. We retain all rights not expressly granted.
PinGrab is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Pinterest, Inc. Pinterest® is a registered trademark of Pinterest, Inc. and is referenced on the Service solely for identification.
If you believe content surfaced through the Service infringes your copyright, please follow our DMCA Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any specific Pinterest URL will resolve at any given time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PinGrab and its operators, contributors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold PinGrab harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right — including any rights-holder of content you download.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We may suspend or terminate the Service or any user's access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or its users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PinGrab is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless local consumer-protection laws require otherwise.
